From the start, the staff's professionalism shone through as they provided us with helpful insights on navigating the city and expectations regarding prices. The hotel, located conveniently near Thamel, manages to maintain a sense of tranquility with its charming garden, creating a relaxed atmosphere after a day of exploration. We experienced two different rooms; Our first was spacious and comfortable, while the second was smaller, yet still quite adequate. Cleanliness was consistent throughout both stays, which is a crucial factor for any traveler. A highlight of our experience was the homemade meals offered at an affordable price. Breakfast at 250 RS was more than just a bargain; It was a delight! The cozy ambiance of the restaurant combined with the option for various teas and coffee made mornings enjoyable. If you're keen on an authentic yet economical experience in Kathmandu, Kathmandu Garden House is a commendable choice.
